Defrosting does not take place! (e.g. error message "Defrost malfunction")

Generally check how the defrost is initiated: INT or EXT! 
- If INT, then NO defrost can be triggered using an external signal.
- If INT, the defrost times must be checked.
- For example, if the defrost time is 120 hours, the "No defrost" parameter (Menu 6-2-3 Alarm Delay, whether the defrost has occurred within this time) must always be set to one hour more (i.e. 121 hours) in order to suppress false messages.

Erklärung:

Jeder User des EDP hat einen zusätzlichen Cloud-Speicher. Innerhalb der OwnCloud können Pfade erstellt werden, die hierüber mit einer EDP-Komponente verknüpft werden.

Auf diese Weise sind z.B. Massen-Uploads ins EDP möglich, d.h. es können beliebig viele Dokumente in den Pfad der OwnCloud kopiert werden, die dann automatisch in die zugeordnete Komponente im EDP synchronisiert werden.
