With QR codes on the E*LDS components, Eckelmann AG will be offering smart support for its control system for refrigeration plants from December 2015.

Refrigeration technicians can scan the QR code on refrigeration controllers, pack controllers, etc. with their smart phone or tablet to go directly to the appropriate page in the comprehensive online documentation for the E*LDS system. Here, they will find all current technical documents such as data sheets and operating instructions for the corresponding component, as well as software and firmware updates, at their fingertips as registered customers.

In this way, technical documentation arrives exactly where it is most frequently consulted, when commissioning a refrigeration system or when servicing the control cabinet or refrigeration unit.
