Pack controller does not start -> compressor relay outputs remain inactive; manual operation is OK -> connection is also OK. However, if "Automatic" mode is on, no starting is performed!

Check status of the digital inputs:
1. Fast unload / External OFF active (input 16): If LED 16 lights, the system is switched off. Remedy: Do not activate input.
2. HP pressure limiter triggered (input 1): If LED 1 does not light, the system detects a HP fault and switches off compressors. Remedy: Check cabling / HP pressure switch. LED 1 must light for the system to function.
3. LP CUTOUT triggered: If LED 2 does not light, the system detects a LP fault and switches off compressors. Remedy: Check cabling / LP pressure switch. LED 2 must light for the system to function.
4. Motor overload cutout of all compressors triggered: If LEDs 4, 6, 8 and 10 do not light (expansion with four compressors) or the motor overload cutout inputs are not wired but are configured in the setpoints of the system motor overload cutouts. Remedy: Check cabling / motor overload cutouts. If no motor overload cutouts are present, this must be specified in the expansion setpoints of the system.
5. Motor overload interlock active: If the motor overload interlock parameter in the expansion setpoints is active, the associated compressor will be permanently disabled if a motor overload cutout is triggered. Remedy: A manual release of the affected compressor in the corresponding menu of the expansion setpoints is necessary to put the compressor into operation again. If the motor overload interlock function is not required, this can be deactivated using the corresponding parameter in the expansion setpoints.
6. Oil differential pressure switch of all compressors triggered: If LEDs 3, 5, 7 and 9 do not light (expansion with four compressors) or the oil differential pressure switch inputs are not wired but are configured in the setpoints of the system oil differential pressure switches. Remedy: Check cabling / oil differential pressure switches. If no oil differential pressure switches are present, this must be specified in the expansion setpoints of the system.
7. Switching frequency limitation active: If the compressors have been activated and shortly afterwards switched off again, a parameterisable time (Starts/h) must elapse before the next compressor start. This time can be maximum 15 minutes. Remedy: Switching frequency limitation in the compressor monitoring setpoints
8. High pressure is too high: If the High Pressure (pc actual or tc actual) is too high (>tc_max: can be parameterised), no compressor will be activated also in the case of too high Low Pressure po/to.
